Welcome to Autohaus Machine ("AHM"), a brand operated by NW AUTO HAUS LLC (together, "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ahmcnc.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
We design and machine custom anodized automotive tools and parts — including engine tools, replacement parts, dyno hub adapters, and Thule replacement components. Many items are made to order or built to your specifications.
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, image, color, or specification is error-free. Anodized finishes and machined parts may vary slightly from the photos.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless noted (Canadian orders are charged in CAD — see our Shipping Policy). We may change prices, products, and availability at any time without notice. If we discover an error in a price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes or fees.

Warranty coverage is stated on each product page under Warranty details and varies by product. That product-page warranty is the only warranty we make on a product.
EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSLY STATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our tools are intended for use by people with the appropriate skill and knowledge, following the correct procedures for the vehicle and application. You are responsible for using our products safely and correctly. We are not responsible for personal injury, vehicle or engine damage, or other loss resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, use beyond a product's intended purpose, or failure to follow proper service procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autohaus Machine and NW AUTO HAUS LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to cover and hold harmless Autohaus Machine and NW AUTO HAUS LLC (and our owners and staff) from any third-party claim, loss, or cost — including reasonable attorneys' fees — that arises from (a) your misuse of our products, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) for custom or made-to-order products, any claim that the designs, specifications, or materials you provided infringe someone else's intellectual property or other rights.
All content on the Site — including our product designs, text, photos, logos, and the Autohaus Machine name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our products or content without our written permission.
For custom or made-to-order products, you keep ownership of any design or specification you supply, and you grant us permission to use it only to produce your order. We keep ownership of our own tooling, processes, and know-how, including anything we develop to make your product.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be applied as closely as possible to its original intent.
