We want you to be satisfied with your tools. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To start a return, email us at info@ahmcnc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label (PDF) and the return address.
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded. Because these are built to your specs, we can't restock or resell them. This includes anything you've ordered with custom colors, finishes, or modifications.
Products in our Main Line Adapters collection are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
If an item is returned unused but the original packaging has been opened, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping is a flat $8.99 (ground) for returns shipped from within the U.S., deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit), in which case we cover it.
For returns shipped from Canada, email us at info@ahmcnc.com first — international return shipping is quoted case by case, and any duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
If your return is approved for our error, we'll also refund any shipping you paid.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@ahmcnc.com within 30 days with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
