Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and custom items take additional time to machine before they ship — we'll note lead times on those product pages. If we can't ship a made-to-order item within the time stated on its product page, we'll let you know and give you the choice of a new shipping date or a full refund. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Overnight delivery is not available to Canada. Prices are charged in CAD with a dynamic exchange rate plus a 1.5% currency conversion fee. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
